The Fundwaste business is a very interesting concept to someone such as myself who was not too familiar with the recycling / waste management sector.
As someone always looking to see what we can do, collectively and as individuals for the betterment of society, I was immediately drawn to the value aspect that Fundwaste brings to the table, not only to the environment but also to SME’s. Many SME’s have to pay to have their waste collected, in some cases the waste will be recycled and in other cases, not. Fundwaste has identified a paradigm shift that benefits everyone from local stores, SME’s to corporate giants.
What if….What if businesses rather than having to pay to have their waste collected, that was reversed to not having to pay anything at all for their collections? What if, all the paper and plastic generated by companies was recycled 100? Sounds good but it gets better, what if businesses were paid up to 90% income for their paper and plastic waste that was collected from them? This is what Fundwaste has achieved in the present day, creating a win-win scenario for the environment (100% recycling guaranteed for all non-contaminated paper and plastics) and businesses receiving a revenue stream that they perhaps did not know previously existed.
Social responsibility is a major factor in today’s decision making when it comes to enterprises of all sizes. Fundwaste enables businesses to enhance their social responsibility, with the added unique aspect of receiving an income stream which can be reinvested into the business, donated to charity or whatever the business wishes to do with it, that is ultimately up to them. Fundwaste facilities a new process which is being welcomed by local governments, environmental bodies and business of all forms and sizes.
